We have a limited number of these Imperfect World Trade Center Commemorative 3'x5' Embroidered Flags. When the flag was manufactured the red dye was not fully dry before it was packaged, causing some running and staining on other parts of the flag. Most noticeable on the white sleeve of the flag. Other then a few stained spots, this flag is beautiful. If you've been thinking of getting a 9-11 flag for a memorial or to fly each year in memory, but don't want to invest a lot of money, this could be a great way to get started.
