This neodymium round base magnet provides superior holding strength in a small size that is not found in traditional ceramic magnets. The neodymium magnet is bonded inside of the cup with adhesives. This design forms a magnetic circuit which triples the holding force to 22 lbs.! At the same time, the rounded steel cup also protects the magnet from being damaged when it's frequently used. The holding power of 22 lbs. is when the steel magnetic rubber base is directly in contact with steel. Our round rubber coated magnetic base is registered under ISO 9002 (International Organization for Standardization) quality systems with state-of-the-art technology. Magnetic base temperature resistance up to 175 Fahrenheit (79 Celsius). The outer diameter of the magnetic base is 2" (55 mm). The total thickness of the rubber base magnet is 3/8” (10 mm). The flexible steel pole screws directly into the rubber coated flag holder base. Rubber grommets to hold flag in place and rubber pole tip cap is included. Our bright visible polyester display flags are quick drying, double lock-stitched sewn for longer life and light weight. Flag can easily be removed for washing. We can make a custom flag or flexible pole size to meet your requirements.
